Research and Details of Elemental Lord Skills

The damage written on our skill board, i.e. board dmg, is not equal to the actual dmg we deal on our opponent. In fact, there is a certain coefficient, let say x, such that our actual dmg is

(actual dmg) = (x) * (board dmg) * (1+ % element)*(1 - % resist) * 1.25 (for crit)

Most of our skills has their coefficients as 1. But some of them are actually greater than 1.

Below are skills comparison in term of damage/ casting time and damage/ CD. The dmg is calculated by taking an Ele with 3200 m.att. and 29.62 % fire, 31.62% ice and 9.62% dark. (the title 奇迹降临 give 6% ice and 4% fire) for instance. Only mage skills like glacial spike and poison cloud are at its max lvl. The other skills are compared at their minimum lvl such that to activate the following skill or in chinese 前置.

Note:
1. I assume the coefficient for blizzard is 1. I don't have its data to test out the real value.
2. All the ice skills can deal even more dmg after the ice resist of the opponent are reduced.
3. Burn dmg are calculated in the table above for some of skills that cause great burn dmg and assume that we don't ignite them away.
4. The casting time may be over-estimated.
5. When we consider which skill to be added to its maximum lvl by investing more SP, we compare damage increase per CD per SP.
6. Here is the spreadsheet.

Conclusion
1. Flame road and ice stab are the signature skills for ele. They are good in term of damage per casting time or damage per CD.
2. Glacial spike is a very good skill that has high dmg per casting time and high dmg per CD.
