This is my current build, with max level of heal (11.4% max HP of
member+2054), relic of heal (75% magical attack of Saint+650), attack
buff (+22% physical and magical attack), defend buff (reduce physical
and magical damage by 30%), wand mastery (+17% magical attack) and light
detonation. The Bless of Light is level 6 instead of level 7 (max
level) due to SP constraint (level 6=+19%, level 7 =+20% light attack
and defend). Refer HERE for Pika's Priest Skill Build for explanation of the skills.
3 extra skills are available for Saint:
- Holy Shield (level 45): A buff that enable party member to auto-heal hp when being hit. Healing amount is 30% of the magical attack of Saint. Only level 1 is needed for this skill(increasing it to level 2 need 5 SP, with just extra of 1% magical attack healing amount). CD 60sec, last for 15sec.
- Relic of Lighting EX (level 47): Induce 25% additional damage round the relic. 2s per tick. 2m radius. According to some forums, the induced damage around the relic don't have the shock effect. However, it is still very useful in clearing mobs, and attack the boss, if you place it correctly.
- Relic of Shock (level 50): Cause relics within 5M to deal lighting damage 250.8%+1496 per relic at skill lvl 1 to surrounding enemy, cd 60sec. This is not a new relic or stick. It is more like "ignition" skill on relic (but the sticks won't be explode after being "ignited"). Very low superarmor while casting.
In this build, I choose to have level 1 light detonation instead of max the charge volt. Light detonation and chain lihgtning are good for both PVP and PVE, armor breaking, and high damage. Level 8 of charge volt can still give good damage to bosses. Level 5 of shield block would also enough since Saint seldom on shield block also.
