Manticore Set v. Apocalypse Set

The additional dark attack modifier for the Manticore Set has been taken out in the other versions of Dragon Nest and would likely come to SEA with the updated stats as well seen at the tables presented below. So, let's get a comparative view on the Manticore and Apocalypse set now that these two new nests will be out in SEA this coming 13th.

2 pieces Vitality +47
3 pieces Intelligence +58
4 pieces Final Damage +98
5 pieces Physical Damage +147
5 pieces Magical Damage +147
5 pieces Light Defence 14%
7 pieces Final Damage +196

Archer
Sorceress

Apocalypse Set
       Sorceress       Set Bonus
2 pieces HP + 2499
3 pieces MP + 2332
4 pieces Final damage +98
5 pieces Physical Damage +147
5 pieces Magical Damage +147
7 pieces Final Damage +196

Set Style
Warrior
Sorceress

Archer

You have seen the looks and stats, now it's time to decide. Both sets are somehow the same though they differ only with the set bonuses. With the dark attack boost taken out of the Manticore Set, it no longer has that obvious advantage to the Apocalypse Set.

The Manticore Set has a slight higher attack than the latter since it has the additional stat bonus depending on class. Apocalypse Set on the on the other hand, gives you additional HP and perhaps can pave way to survivability. On a note to the comparison:
  • 1 VIT = 30 HP; 0.6 Pdef, 2.5 stun resist
  • 1 INT = 35 MP; 0.8 Mdef; [dmg inc based on class]
You can have 5 pieces of Manticore equipment so that you'd get the additional stat bonus and craft 2 peices of Apocalypse equipment for the additional HP so that survivability goes into place. Still, at the end of the day, it will boil down to one's preference on what to take that is advantageous to their characters.

can you tell me how much budget do you need to get this set? :3

Really depends on which server you are on. The last time I computed for my Force User is that I would have to spend 16KG. But that was two months ago. :)

As claimed by Stanford Medical, It's in fact the ONLY reason women in this country live 10 years longer and weigh on average 42 lbs less than we do.

(And realistically, it has absolutely NOTHING to do with genetics or some secret exercise and really, EVERYTHING about "how" they are eating.)

BTW, What I said is "HOW", not "what"...
