PvP System

The player-versus-player (PVP) system is just away in Dragon Nest SEA and you do not want to be a all knew in its aspects. What is PVP? It is somehow a clash between other online players wherein you can team up and smash them with your character's skills.

So, let's get a run-down of what is in store for us in this Arena.

In the Channel Selection, you will now see another tab that of the Arena wherein channels for the said tab are located. Characters whose levels are ten (10) and above are the one's qualified to participate.



So, let's now get a general overview of this new feature.

Mechanics
  • Players must be level 10 to access the Arena.
  • Arena can be accessed by selecting the Arena channel in the Arena tab on the channel list.
  • There are two available PvP modes: ‘Rounds’ and ‘Respawn.’
  • Teams can be made up of 1, 2, 3, 4, 6, or 8 players each for both modes.


Maps
  • Lost Temple
  • Arena of Death
  • Snowfield
  • Valley of Mist
  • Circular Arena


Rounds
  • A round is won when all members of the opposing team have been killed.
  • Players will earn a point for every round won, and the team that reaches the goal first wins.
  • Battles can be played with goals of 3, 5, or 7 rounds.


Respawn
  • Players will attempt to kill members of the opposing team, who will continue to respawn.
  • Teams will earn a point for every successful kill, and the team that reaches the goal first wins.
  • Battles can be played with goals of 8, 16, 24, or 32 points.

Spectator
  • Players will be able to enter any available room in the Arena to act as a spectator to a battle.
  • Spectators will have no affect on any battle result.
  • Spectator will not receive any EXP or Medals for their participation.

Benefits of PvP
  • Arena EXP: Earn EXP by battling in the Arena.
  • Goal Points: Achieve specific amount of Arena EXP, used to advance your PvP rank.
  • Records: Track your battle record of wins, losses, and ties.
  • Medals: Obtain this special reward item for a successful battle in the Arena.
  • Redeem the medal and exchange it for another item in the Arena NPC Shop.


  • Arena NPC Michael: Players can redeem their medals and exchange them for items in the Arena NPC Shop, facilitated by the Arena NPC Michael. Michael is located on the east side of the Arena.
  • Items available for exchange: Beloom’s Powder, Boro’s Powder, Invictus’s Powder, Plate Pouch Enhancement, Plate Pouch Skill, Michael’s Lustre Pouch, and Michael’s Hidden Ability Pouch.


Empowerment Points
  • Playing in the Arena will not automatically consume any Empowerment Points.
  • However, players may elect to have their Empowerment Points consumed in exchange for more medals/Arena EXP.
  • To do so, select the “Consume PWR for Medals” option in Arena -> Settings. By selecting this option, 10 Empowerment Points will be consumed for every two minutes of Arena play, yielding a medal and a set amount of Arena Points.
